Sice ne nic drah\u00e9ho a velik\u00e9ho, ale u\u017e bych n\u011bco sv\u00e9ho cht\u011bla, t\u0159eba n\u011bjakou malou garsonku anebo mal\u00fd dvoupokojov\u00fd byt. Nebo klidn\u011b i jednopokojov\u00fd byt. Tohle by mi u\u017e v\u016fbec nevadilo. Stejn\u011b nemohu m\u00edt d\u011bti, a tak jsem si \u0159ekla, \u017ee kdy\u017e budu m\u00edt partnera, \u017ee se do jednopokojov\u00e9ho bytu n\u00e1dhern\u011b vejdeme. Nebo klidn\u011b i do garsonky. Ale i tak jsem si \u0159ekla, \u017ee je v\u017edycky nejlep\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e se \u010dlov\u011bk vyzn\u00e1 v hypote\u010dn\u00edch \u00fav\u011brech. \u0158ekla jsem si, \u017ee nebude na \u0161kodu, kdy\u017e i j\u00e1 si najdu n\u011bjak\u00e9ho finan\u010dn\u00edho poradce, aby mi \u0159ekl, jak\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka pro m\u011b bude nejv\u00edce vhodn\u00e1. Kdybych tedy m\u011bla v pl\u00e1nu si vz\u00edt hypot\u00e9ku. Finan\u010dn\u00ed poradce mi odpov\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee nejlep\u0161\u00ed by byla hypot\u00e9ka bez registru. Tak\u00e9 se pr\u00fd mohou pod\u00edvat na americkou hypot\u00e9ku bez registru.
